Documentation and Development of a New House History and National Register Study
To study and assemble the pertinent history and existing documentation on the historic Captain Joseph Jenkins House, 59 Smith Street, Charleston, South Carolina, adding new research and information as needed, assisting with the development of restoration plans and developing, in consultation with the South Carolina Department of Archives and History (SHPO), a National Register nomination for the property.
