Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Progress Preservation LLC keeps this simple: we collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and run the site, we do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Information you give us
If you contact us through the form or by email, we receive what you send: typically your name, email address, the property or project you are asking about, and your message. We use it to respond, to evaluate a possible engagement, and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server and request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes. If aggregate analytics are enabled, they are configured to report visit counts and page performance, not to build profiles of individuals across sites.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly functional — for example, those required by the hosting platform to serve and secure the site.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, to provide and administer our services, to maintain records of our engagements, to secure and improve the site, and to meet legal or professional obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary: service providers who host the site, deliver our email, or otherwise support our operations, and who are bound to handle the data on our behalf; project participants where you have asked us to coordinate on your behalf; and public authorities where required by law. Client project material is handled under the confidentiality terms of the applicable engagement agreement, not this policy.
Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence and project records for as long as needed for the engagement, our professional records, and any applicable legal or insurance requirement, then dispose of them securely.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. Write to info@progresspreservation.com and we will respond.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the website form. We will arrange a secure transfer method when a project requires one.
Children
This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version posted here, with the date above, is the version in effect. See also our Terms & Conditions.
