This was a project to complete an inventory of 90 historic structures including houses and farm buildings on the Winterthur estate outside Wilmington, Delaware.  Ranging from the late 18th century to the early 20th, most of these buildings had been shuttered since the farm ceased operation in the 1960s.

Volume 1 consists of the survey documentation of each site including architectural and other physical description, history, condition assessment and significance, while volume 2 contains preservation guidelines and strategies.
